## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 2+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong proficiency in an object-oriented language (C++, Python, Java, or C#)
- Deep understanding of OO design principles
- Experience building and debugging software
- Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software design
- Excellent written and verbal communication and documentation skills
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach

## Nice to have

- Professional experience with both C++ and Python
- Experience building or operating highly available, distributed, and fault-tolerant systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, UDP) and distributed systems principles
- Experience with CI/CD, test automation, simulation, or hardware-in-the-loop testing
- Experience with modern monitoring, data analysis, and visualization tools
- Linux-based development experience
- Creative and analytical problem-solving approach

- Experience or interest in networking, wireless protocols, or telecommunications (2G/GSM, 4G/LTE)
