- 8+ years in product analytics, web analytics, or similar data analytics domain
- Advanced SQL proficiency
- Experience with big data technologies (Redshift, Spark, Hive, BigQuery)
- Proficiency with BI tools (Tableau, Qlik, Dash)
- Strong programming skills in Python or Java/Scala
- Experience engineering data pipelines and workflow orchestration
- Ability to architect end-to-end big data and analytical platforms
- Strong data storytelling and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related quantitative field

## Nice to have

- Understanding of AI-native architectures and GenAI platforms
- Master's degree
