- 5+ years leading and managing pre-sales or technical go-to-market teams
- Track record of building and developing high-performing Solutions Architect teams
- Deep experience working with startups or high-growth technology companies
- Proven builder credibility with LLM-powered applications
- Hands-on expertise with context engineering and LLM evaluation frameworks
- Comfortable with Python and fluent in LLM frameworks and integration patterns
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and professional experience

## Nice to have

- Experience as a technical founder or in founder-led sales motion
