## Summary

DXC is seeking a senior architect leader to define and oversee the technical strategy for their Assure Smart Apps platform built on ServiceNow, responsible for designing scalable and secure solutions across insurance technology systems. This role suits experienced enterprise architects with deep ServiceNow expertise and insurance domain knowledge who can guide multiple engineering teams and influence strategy at executive levels.

## Required

- 10+ years in software engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise architecture
- Experience designing and governing enterprise-scale SaaS and platform solutions
- Expertise in cloud-native, API-first, and event-driven architectures
- Ability to lead architecture initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Deep hands-on ServiceNow experience with Scoped Applications, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, UI Builder, CMDB, and Service Catalog
- Experience with SaaS and multi-tenant platform architecture
- Understanding of microservices and distributed systems
- Familiarity with insurance technology ecosystems including policy administration, claims, and billing platforms
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to influence engineering, product, operations, and executive teams

## Nice to have

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Additional ServiceNow certifications (ITSM, ITOM, App Engine)
- Experience with insurance core platforms such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, Sapiens, or Majesco
