## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years in internal audit, public accounting, or combination of audit, finance, and IT roles
- Leadership and project management experience
- Knowledge of SOX compliance, U.S. GAAP, COSO Internal Control Framework, and risk management
- Professional certification (CPA, CIA, CISA) or active progress toward one

## Nice to have

- Experience in a global, publicly traded company
- Experience with ERP systems and data analytics tools
- IT audit, cybersecurity, or technology risk management background
- MBA or other advanced business degree
- Experience with analytics, automation, or AI-enabled audit tools
