## Required

- 4-6+ years of demand planning or related analytical experience in retail or consumer products
- Experience with retail forecasting concepts such as sell-through, sell-in, promotional lifts, and weeks-of-supply
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Ability to work with large data sets from multiple sources including POS and inventory data
- Strong analytical and modeling skills
- Cross-functional collaboration with retail, supply chain, finance, and product teams
- Ownership mindset and ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Excellent communication and ability to influence through analysis

## Nice to have

- Experience with planning tools such as Pigment, Anaplan, o9, Blue Yonder, or Relex
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
- Background in consumer electronics, wearables, premium hardware, or multi-channel physical products
- Experience supporting new retail launches or expansion into new doors or countries
- Familiarity with S&OP or IBP processes
