- 8–12+ years of Product Management experience
- 5+ years managing Product Managers and leading through teams
- BA/BS in computer science, engineering, or related technical field
- Experience with advertising or performance marketing platforms (campaign setup, pacing, budgeting, targeting, optimization, measurement, reporting)
- Experience leading multi-surface, multi-persona platforms (enterprise SaaS, ad managers, marketing platforms, complex data products)
- Experience with API platforms and how they inform front-end UX
- AI-fluency and demonstrated experimentation with AI tools in product work
- Excellence in product strategy translating vision and customer needs into roadmap
- Ability to drive intuitive end-to-end user journeys across complex workflows
- Strong collaboration and communication across Engineering, Data Science, UX, Marketing, Sales, Client Success, Operations
- Drive strategy and execution through teams with goal-setting and accountability
- Product sense, customer intuition, and data-informed decision making
- Track record attracting, developing, and retaining PM talent
