- 5+ years compliance, ethics, FCRM, sanctions, AML/KYC, third-party risk, legal operations or related control function experience
- Manage multiple workstreams independently and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Sound judgment and escalation judgment
- Cross-functional team collaboration
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

## Nice to have

- Sanctions screening and OFAC knowledge
- Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) familiarity
- Anti-bribery and corruption experience
- Financial crime risks and controls knowledge
- Consumer protection regulation experience
- Platform regulation knowledge (EU Digital Services Act, Digital Markets Act)
- Technology company or travel industry experience
