- Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.)
- 5+ years in client-facing product management or sales role
- Minimum 3 years of product management experience in life sciences or healthcare

- Demonstrated success launching and sustaining products
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time

## Nice to have

- MBA or advanced degree in cell biology, molecular biology, biotechnology, or biochemistry

- Experience influencing senior leaders and functional teams without direct authority
