- 15+ years of electronics product design experience
- 10+ years designing and troubleshooting test architectures with FPGAs, custom PCBs, benchtop equipment, and microelectronics
- 10+ years working with manufacturing engineering, design engineering, and PLM tools
- U.S. Person status for export control compliance (U.S. Citizen, National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
- Completion of CodeVue coding challenge technical assessment

## Nice to have

- Willingness to travel quarterly or more
- Extensive avionics experience as technical lead or chief engineer
- Track record leading complex cross-functional engineering projects and resolving technical risks
- Strong mentorship and people leadership skills for developing technical talent
- Authority to make autonomous technical decisions for integrated product teams across multiple programs
- Experience driving supplier readiness and partnering on process capability
