- 5-8 years of product development experience
- Full product development lifecycle experience from concept to production
- Proven execution of product development methods and best practices
- Experience with integrated product teams
- Broad technical knowledge across engineering disciplines
- Organization, facilitation and negotiation skills
- Ability to break down projects into subsystems and create development plans
- U.S. citizenship

## Nice to have

- Advanced technical degree
- Aerospace, military, or defense contracting experience
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Demonstrated ownership and accountability for delivering on time and on budget
