- Experience leading complex, high-impact incidents
- Strong investigation skills including attack timeline reconstruction and cross-environment data correlation
- Hands-on experience with modern SecOps and Incident Response tooling (monitoring, investigation, response, orchestration, automation)
- Ability to build automations or integrations via scripting, APIs, or workflow platforms
- Deep knowledge of at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Experience mentoring analysts and serving as technical escalation point
- Strong judgment and communication skills, ability to operate under pressure
- Fluent English for verbal and written professional communication
