## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 8+ years of electrical engineering experience
- Direct responsibility for power distribution and critical power systems in complex facilities
- Knowledge of medium- and low-voltage distribution systems and backup power infrastructure
- Familiarity with NEC, NFPA, IEEE, IEC, and local electrical codes
- Ability to work across regions, functions, and time zones
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

## Nice to have

- Experience with renewable energy systems (solar, battery storage, EV infrastructure, utility interconnection)
- Experience in highly reliable environments (semiconductor, life sciences, data center, manufacturing)
- Familiarity with facilities data platforms and asset management systems
- Experience working across global sites or multicultural teams
