## Required

- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, business analytics, operations management or equivalent, or 7+ years relevant work experience
- 5+ years global payroll process design, redesign, transformation and change management
- Proficiency evaluating and mapping Workday payroll processes
- Strong knowledge of payroll tax processes and statutory requirements
- Solid technical understanding of Workday, ServiceNow, ADP GlobalView/Celergo systems architecture
- Experience with quality management and standard operating procedures
- Data analysis proficiency with HR metrics and analytics tools
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Project management capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with focus on accuracy

## Nice to have

- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (preferred over experience requirement)
