## Required

- Juris Doctor from accredited law school
- 5+ years employment and/or labor law experience including litigation and counseling
- Licensed to practice in Minnesota or willing to obtain licensure
- Strong judgment and strategic thinking
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Learning agility and growth mindset

## Nice to have

- Labor law experience
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, e-discovery management, and collective actions
- Experience advising business clients in operational environments such as supply chain or manufacturing
