## Required

- Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, computer science, mathematics, engineering, economics, business analytics, or related field
- 7+ years in data science, people analytics, analytics engineering, business intelligence, data engineering, or related field
- Experience building data pipelines and analytical datasets
- Experience developing dashboards or self-service analytics products
- Experience with statistical analysis, experimentation, forecasting, segmentation, or predictive modeling
- Hands-on skills with SQL and Python or R
- Experience with data modeling, BI tools, and cloud data platforms
- Foundation in statistics, experimental design, and causal reasoning
- Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to senior leaders

## Nice to have

- Experience with People Analytics, HR data, workforce planning, talent, compensation, performance, or organizational research
- Experience with semantic layers, version control, and production-quality documentation
- Familiarity with AI and collaboration tools
