- Proven track record leading high-performing sales teams and exceeding revenue targets
- Deep understanding of programmatic ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, agencies, measurement, performance marketing)
- Strong network with advertisers and agencies
- Go-to-market strategy development and execution experience
- Leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
