## Required

- 7+ years in learning technology, operations, or EdTech with end-to-end system ownership
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI or automation systems in production
- Direct production experience with large language model APIs
- Experience designing and managing agentic AI systems
- Demonstrated ability to drive workflow adoption without mandate
- Experience enabling non-technical teams to use AI tools independently
- Ability to translate between business stakeholders and technical partners
- Track record of reducing operational friction through workflow redesign or automation
- Strong cross-functional influence skills
- Experience in high-growth, high-ambiguity organizations
- Bachelor's degree

## Nice to have

- Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent process improvement methodology experience
- Experience designing measurement systems connecting workflow signals to behavior outcomes
- Familiarity with enterprise learning ecosystems and data structures
- Advanced degree in learning design, instructional technology, information systems, or related field
