- 5-10 years of cybersecurity technical experience
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview or equivalent data protection platform
- Strong knowledge in at least one data security domain: Discovery & Classification, Data Anonymization, or Data Encryption
- Programming knowledge in Python, R, Scala or similar
- Valid work permit or EU/Schengen Space Nationality for Portugal
- Fluency in English

## Nice to have

- Cloud Security certifications (Azure AZ-900, AZ-500, AWS Security)
- Data Security vendor certifications (Microsoft, Varonis, SailPoint)
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
