## Required

- 7+ years data center commissioning, construction, or critical infrastructure delivery experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent commissioning experience
- Deep knowledge of commissioning levels L1–L5 and associated documentation
- Hands-on experience with data center cooling and BMS infrastructure
- Proven ability to manage third-party commissioning agents and vendors
- Strong cross-functional coordination with construction, engineering, controls, and operations teams
- Solid understanding of safety and compliance in active construction environments
- Willingness to travel 75% to project sites

## Nice to have

- Commissioning Agent (CxA) certification
- Experience with issue tracking and project reporting across multiple concurrent workstreams
