## Required

- 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience including leadership roles
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field

- Proven cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis experience
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities
- Experience supporting a VP/GM or equivalent with P&L responsibility
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills

## Nice to have

- CPA or CMA certification
- Master's degree
