## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of power generation SCADA and control systems experience
- Demonstrated BESS SCADA integration experience through commissioning and turnover
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and legal authorization to work in the US
- Up to 25% travel

## Nice to have

- Master's degree in Engineering
- NERC compliance working knowledge
- Prior renewable power installation and commissioning experience
- Advanced EMS, BMS, SCADA, HMI, PLC, RTU platform programming skills
- Familiarity with industrial protocols like OPC, CANBUS, DNP3, Modbus
- Experience integrating with Tier 1 BESS suppliers like Tesla or Fluence
