## Required

- 2+ years of direct patient care experience in chronic disease, metabolic health, nutrition counseling, or related coaching roles
- Health coaching certification (NBHWC or ICF) or recent completion of a coaching program
- Associate's, Bachelor's, or advanced degree in health, behavioral health, or related field
- Proficiency with digital platforms including texting, phone calls, video, instant messaging, Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom
- High emotional intelligence and empathy
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Passion for metabolic health and frontline care delivery
- Critical thinking and clinical judgment
- Clear, personalized, empathetic communication
- Collaboration and teamwork mindset
- Ability to create plans, set goals, and drive behavior change accountability
- Comfort working in ambiguous conditions with incomplete information

## Nice to have

- Professional experience with type 2 diabetes, obesity, or metabolic health conditions
- Remote or asynchronous coaching experience
- Knowledge of ketogenic or low-carbohydrate nutrition as therapeutic approach
- Experience with motivational interviewing or foundational coaching skills
- NBC-HWC or ICF certification
