## Required

- Minimum 5 years of identity governance and administration experience
- Hands-on experience implementing and administering enterprise IGA platforms like Saviynt or SailPoint
- Deep understanding of identity lifecycle management, provisioning, deprovisioning, access certification, role-based access control, and segregation of duties
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and modern identity architectures
- Software programming or scripting experience such as PowerShell or Python
- Ability to communicate complex identity risks to non-technical audiences and influence without direct authority
- Experience working with or managing third-party consultants and implementation partners
- Ability to balance strategic initiatives with detailed operational tasks
- Critical assessment of processes and systems to drive evidence-based improvements
- Ownership attitude toward identifying errors, inconsistencies, and security weaknesses

## Nice to have

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information/Cyber Security, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience leading IGA platform selection, replacement, or re-implementation including RFP and proof-of-concept evaluation
- Platform certifications such as Saviynt IGA Professional or SailPoint Identity Security credentials, or CISSP, CISM, or CIAM
- Familiarity with privileged access management tools and their IGA integration
- Experience securing cloud and SaaS identity environments like Microsoft 365, AWS, or Azure
- Experience in financial services or regulated industry supporting SOX, SOC, or similar compliance requirements
