## Required

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years SAP development experience
- Deep ABAP expertise including RICEFW objects, object-oriented ABAP, enhancements, APIs, interfaces, workflows, and forms
- 3+ years SAP BTP development and extensibility experience
- SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 application design and development
- Knowledge of SAP BTP services including Business Application Studio, HANA Cloud, Integration Suite, Workflow, and Event Mesh
- Clean-core principles and side-by-side extensibility experience
- Understanding of integration patterns across SAP and non-SAP platforms
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- U.S. person status (citizen, permanent resident, asylee, or refugee) for export control compliance

## Nice to have

- FDA-regulated environment experience such as Pharma or Medical Device
- Hands-on or strong working knowledge of SAP Business AI capabilities including SAP Joule, Joule Studio, AI Core, and Generative AI Hub
- Understanding of prompt design and grounding enterprise content for AI scenarios
- Knowledge of governance considerations for AI solutions
