- Knowledge of ITIL incident, problem, change, and service management processes
- Experience managing global vendors and telecommunications providers
- Leadership and executive-level communication skills
- Experience leading mission-critical infrastructure with focus on resilience and availability

## Nice to have

- Experience with Cisco SDN and Arista SDN
