## Required

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Experience interpreting policy or regulation for legal compliance and risk identification
- Experience reviewing, negotiating, and managing various contract types
- Experience creating and reviewing contract modifications
- Obtain DAWIA Certification in Contracting within 36 months of appointment
- Obtain 80 Continuous Learning hours every two years once in an acquisition-coded position
- Pass security investigation

## Nice to have

- Experience with acquisition planning and solicitation development
- Experience developing collaborative customer service relationships
- Experience conducting Cost or Price Analysis
- DAWIA Contracting Professional (Foundational) Certification or FAC-C Certification
- Experience conducting market research
- Experience with contract closeouts
