## Required

- Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license
- Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
- Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per season
- Professional tax preparation software experience
- Onsite availability Sunday–Saturday for minimum 20 hours per week
- Willingness to wear TurboTax uniform
- Willingness to work in front-facing retail environment
- U.S. residency
- Ability to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds as required

## Nice to have

- Familiarity with Circular 230
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills
- Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing
- Interest in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert
