- Track record leading zero-to-one or major product-evolution initiatives from strategy through launch
- Experience building AI/ML-powered products with fluency in model evaluation and product-model tradeoffs
- Strong analytical skills including metrics definition, evidence interpretation, and data-driven decision-making
- Cross-functional leadership experience with engineering, data science, design, and safety teams in technically complex environments
