## Required

- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Live within 60-minute commute of assigned work location
- Ability to work 8- and 12-hour rotating shifts including holidays and weekends
- Willingness to be subject to call-out and occasional overtime
- Complete Colonial's NexOp Program and operator qualifications
- Strong work ethic and safety-first mindset
- Pass DOT drug and alcohol testing
- Work in heavy conditions near petroleum products and heavy equipment
- Lift and carry up to 25 lbs unassisted
- Climb vertical ladders up to 10 ft and tank steps up to 60 ft
- Traverse uneven terrain to reach pipeline right-of-way
- Distinguish colors including red, green, white, yellow, cyan, and black
- Detect presence of petroleum products by smell
- Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions

## Nice to have

- Associate or technical degree in a related field
- 1–4+ years of pipeline operations experience
- HAZWOPER training
- Forklift training or licensing
- Fire training
- Experience with HMI systems and batch scheduling
