- At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the US
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience
- Proven ability in account selling, cold calling, and territory management
- Strong self-discipline, independence, and work ethic
- Effective at closing new accounts and maintaining ongoing relationships
- Knowledge of construction equipment used in the rental industry
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Dynamics CRM, Salesforce, Excel, smartphone and tablets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 20% overnight
