## Required

- MD or equivalent degree

- Leadership experience in clinical development with cross-functional team management
- Experience with early- and late-phase protocol development and execution
- Experience working with investigative sites and managing external vendors like CROs

## Nice to have

- Experience with central reading paradigms and imaging endpoints
- Understanding of operational considerations for multicenter trials
- Representation at scientific meetings and advisory boards
