## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Research, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field with 4+ years of experience, or Master's degree with 3+ years of experience, or PhD
- Advanced proficiency in manufacturing systems design and process optimization
- Data analysis experience
- Hands-on experience with simulation software or statistical analysis tools
- Strong project management skills
- Advanced Excel capabilities including analytics and modeling
- Proficiency in programming languages or data visualization tools such as Python, R, SQL, or Power BI
- No immigration sponsorship available

## Nice to have

- Master's degree or PhD in Industrial Engineering or Systems Engineering
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies
- Proven ability to synthesize complex information and deliver actionable insights
- Background in semiconductor manufacturing or technology industries
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in wafer foundry, OSAT, or high-volume manufacturing environments
