## Required

- 6+ years of engineering experience
- 2+ years leading engineering teams
- Experience building infrastructure for production web applications
- Experience building and using AI-powered products in production
- Collaboration with product managers and designers on infrastructure projects
- Strong technical judgment and tradeoffs
- Leadership through influence, alignment, and developing others
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and bring clarity

- Director-level candidates should have experience managing managers
