- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 20+ years of program management experience
- 10-15 years managing DOD propulsion programs
- Experience generating and managing Integrated Master Schedules and Integrated Master Plans
- Experience with Earned Value Management
- Direct experience managing large subcontracts
- Experience briefing executives and customers on program status and risks
- Experience managing U.S. Government customer programs
- Must obtain and maintain U.S. Security Clearance
- Current DOD Secret Clearance
- U.S. Citizenship
- Travel up to 25% within continental US

## Nice to have

- Master's degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience managing rocket propulsion defense system programs
- Experience with Missile Defense Agency programs with MAP/PMAP requirements
- Business development experience with funding customer offices
