## Summary

Broadcom's Central Engineering Design Correlation team seeks a hardware engineer to evaluate silicon technology in advanced process nodes, assess foundry capabilities, and support IP and product designs through characterization and model correlation. This role suits experienced CMOS technologists who thrive in cross-functional environments and can bridge design, process, and manufacturing concerns.

## Required

- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Engineering Physics or related field
- 8+ years of experience after BS, or 6+ years after MS, or 3+ years after PhD in advanced FINFET or GAA nodes
- Strong background in advanced CMOS technology (FEOL, MEOL, BEOL) and design-technology interactions
- Hands-on experience with device and circuit test structure design, verification, extraction, SPICE simulation, and silicon characterization
- Strong analytical, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to interact with design teams and foundry partners

## Nice to have

- Familiarity with analog and digital design flows and CAD tools
- Mix of hands-on and project management skills
