## Summary

LeoLabs is seeking a senior RF engineer to lead the design and development of advanced radar electronics for their space-monitoring platform. This role is for an experienced engineer comfortable owning complex RF architecture decisions and mentoring other engineers across multiple satellite tracking programs.

## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- 12+ years designing RF and microwave electronics
- Deep understanding of RF system design and microwave circuit theory
- Experience designing complex RF PCBAs from concept through production
- Proficiency with Altium Designer or equivalent PCB design software
- Experience with RF simulation tools such as ADS and CST
- Strong laboratory skills with RF test equipment
- Experience developing engineering tools and automation using Python
- Eligible to obtain and maintain U.S. personnel security clearance

## Nice to have

- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with RF or microwave emphasis
- Experience designing radar, aerospace, communications, or defense electronics
- Experience with phased arrays, antenna design, or beamforming systems
- Experience with RF calibration, metrology, and EMI/EMC mitigation
- Familiarity with PLM systems such as Arena
- Experience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers
