- CPA certification
- 8+ years progressive accounting experience
- Deep technical accounting foundation with General Ledger, financial reporting, and US GAAP expertise
- Experience leading complex monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes in high-growth or public-company-ready environments
- Proven track record managing and developing accounting teams
- Ability to independently identify and resolve complex accounting matters
- Experience improving accounting operations through technology and process redesign
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Comfort operating with autonomy in fast-paced, evolving environments

## Nice to have

- Public accounting background
- Experience with NetSuite, Workiva, or similar ERP platforms
- Applied experience with AI-enabled tools in accounting workflows
- Background in high-growth healthcare, technology, or similarly complex industries
