## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field with 3 years of construction project engineering experience, OR 7 years of hands-on construction/project engineering experience without a degree
- Experience translating technical or operational requirements into Statements of Work or building plans in construction or industrial settings
- Ability to build and manage project schedules and track deliverables across subcontractors and teams
- Experience tracking equipment procurement, delivery, and installation in project controls or construction management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with technical stakeholders
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Self-starter capable of working independently and as a team member in a fast-paced environment
- U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident eligible for ITAR compliance
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in manufacturing environments with PPE
- Meet eligibility for state and federal explosives licenses including drug screening and background investigation

## Nice to have

- Experience with Microsoft Project, Smartsheets, or similar scheduling tools
- Experience with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or similar construction document tools
- Familiarity with defense, aerospace, or industrial manufacturing facility construction and OSHA/hazardous environment compliance
