- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering
- 2–5 years of aerospace or precision hardware assembly/test experience
- Hands-on work with flight hardware and test setups
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Night shift and weekend availability

- Space-qualified mechanisms experience (release devices, actuators, hinges, latches, deployment systems)
- Root cause and corrective action (RCCA) methodologies
- ECAD/MCAD integration and configuration control knowledge
- Vibration, shock, and TVAC test campaign support

- IPC-A-610/J-STD-001 certification
- NASA-STD-8739 or ECSS-Q-ST-70 standards knowledge
- AS9100 certification
- Six Sigma certification
