## Required

- BS or MS in Electrical Engineering
- 8+ years of IC design experience
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as LLM assistants, coding copilots, or agentic workflows
- Demonstrable workflow redesign around AI for specs, reviews, or verification
- Deep understanding of high-speed IO performance and power/area optimization
- Experience with physical design flows and parasitic extraction

## Nice to have

- Built or deployed custom AI agents, LLM pipelines, or ML models for IC design
- Quantified productivity impact from AI-inspired changes
- DRAM interface experience with DDR4/5, LPDDR5/6, or HBM3/4
- Deep knowledge of CMOS device physics, reliability, and IO targets
