## Summary

A trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers and sales teams at LaunchDarkly, this role combines pre-sales engineering with customer advocacy, building custom demonstrations and guiding complex implementations of feature management and DevOps solutions. You'll work across multiple verticals, mentor colleagues, and shape the product roadmap through deep customer relationships.

## Required

- 8+ years in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or systems architecture
- Experience with SDLC, cloud architecture, or DevOps
- Expert knowledge of at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
- Proven ability to lead and document proofs of concept
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- 50% travel required

## Nice to have

- Experience with security and compliance frameworks (PII, PCI, HIPAA)
- Thought leadership and industry event speaking experience
