## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive training or learning & development experience
- 5+ years in senior or director-level leadership role
- Experience designing and delivering retail or field training programs in consumer electronics, technology, or consumer goods
- Success leading training initiatives in both direct-to-consumer and indirect/channel partner environments
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Experience building and managing teams including National Trainers and Instructional Designers
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems, e-learning authoring tools, and digital training platforms
- Willingness to travel up to 30%

## Nice to have

- Master's degree
- Experience within Samsung, major consumer electronics OEM, or major retailers (Best Buy, Walmart, AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile)
- Deep familiarity with Samsung product ecosystem across Mobile, Home Entertainment, Home Appliances, and SmartThings
- Experience with AI-powered training tools or digital adoption technologies
- Background in channel sales enablement or retail merchandising
- Professional certification in instructional design (ATD CPTD) or project management (PMP)
