## Required

- Active unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license
- Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
- Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per season
- Professional tax preparation software experience
- Familiarity with Circular 230
- Minimum 20 hours per week availability Sunday through Saturday
- Onsite work at TurboTax retail location
- State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds as required

## Nice to have

- Bilingual English/Spanish communication
- Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing
- Deep knowledge of tax law
