## Required

- 15+ years of pricing experience
- 6+ years in reinsurance
- ACAS or FCAS certification
- Knowledge of actuarial pricing and reinsurance treaty structures
- Experience leading complex pricing initiatives
- Ability to structure problems and develop data-driven solutions
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Ability to build trust with senior leaders, underwriters, and brokers

## Nice to have

- Pricing experience in cyber insurance or cyber reinsurance
- Experience building advanced pricing or portfolio analytics frameworks
- Experience working with external regulators, carriers, and reinsurance brokers
- Experience collaborating with data science, engineering, or security teams
