## Required

- 7+ years in identity, access management, or platform security engineering
- Deep expertise with Okta including SSO, MFA, and lifecycle management
- Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure-as-code
- Experience designing IAM strategy across corporate and production environments
- Hands-on AWS or GCP IAM experience
- MDM/MAM solution experience
- Cross-team collaboration skills
- Comfort with autonomous decision-making

## Nice to have

- Led Terraform migrations for IAM at scale
- SCIM, SAML, OIDC, and directory services background
- Contributions to internal developer platforms or security tooling
- Experience at developer tools, infrastructure, or SaaS companies
- Okta Certified Professional/Administrator, AWS Security Specialty, or CISSP certifications
