## Required

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years HR experience with significant benefits administration and leave management responsibility
- Lead benefits program administration including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement
- Manage annual open enrollment and employee communications
- Oversee FMLA, ADA accommodations, parental leave, and return-to-work processes
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data

## Nice to have

- Experience managing benefits in multi-state or multi-site environments
- Familiarity with FMLA, ADA, COBRA, ACA, HIPAA, ERISA, and workers compensation programs
- Experience partnering with benefits brokers and insurance carriers
- Knowledge of federal and Florida employment laws
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
