- Ability to build contract templates and playbooks from scratch
- Working knowledge of privacy frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA)
- Sound commercial judgment balancing legal risk with business needs

## Nice to have

- Experience with infrastructure, compute, or datacenter supply agreements
