This role suits an experienced AML compliance officer comfortable with regulatory engagement and capable of designing compliance frameworks from the ground up in a rapidly scaling fintech environment.

## Required

- 12-15 years of compliance experience in payments, fintech, or regulated technology
- Direct experience owning or managing a regulated AML program
- Deep expertise in AML, BSA/ATF, and FinCrime across multiple jurisdictions
- Strong knowledge of Canadian AML/ATF requirements under PCMLTFA and PCMLTFR
- Experience serving as a named compliance officer with regulatory accountability
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with regulators at executive levels
- Track record of designing and building compliance programs in scaling or complex environments

## Nice to have

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Familiarity with content moderation compliance frameworks like DSA or CSAM reporting
- Experience with charitable fundraising law or multi-state solicitation compliance
- JD, CAMS, CRCM, or equivalent credential
