## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
- 2+ years hands-on experience in battery pack design, assembly, or testing
- Direct experience with Arbin battery test equipment
- Direct experience with Amada welding systems
- Understanding of lithium-ion battery technology and cell balancing
- Ability to interpret electrical schematics and CAD drawings
- Knowledge of welding parameters and weld inspection criteria

## Nice to have

- Experience with data acquisition and test data analysis
- Familiarity with failure mode analysis (FMEA)
